Guitar Rig is a multi-effects rack and amp simulator for creative sound design and audio processing. You can use it to add character and space to everything from guitar and bass, to strings, drums, and synths. As a fully modular multi-effect with built-in modulation, it also leans itself to experimenting with electronic sounds.

Guitar Rig makes its wealth of effects accessible through a clear layout that focuses on the Rack. In the Rack you can combine and tweak the individual effects, called Components, to create any multi-effect imaginable. The Rack is accompanied by the Browser, which enables you to find presets and load Components from Guitar Rig's extensive library, and the Sidebar, which focuses on features that make using the Rack more intuitive and efficient.

ALL THE GEAR, NO HASSLE

Explore fresh amp and pedal additions powered by machine learning (ICM) and easy-to-use processing tools that open up endless possibilities for jamming, producing, and getting lost in experimentation.

INTELLIGENT CIRCUIT MODELING

Experience a whole new level of depth and realism with their virtual guitar amps. Sci-fi by name but incredibly realistic by nature – their intelligent circuit modeling process uses machine learning technology to reproduce the behavior of hardware devices from the ground up. Native Instrument's ICM amp simulators don’t just sound like the real deal – they feel like it.

IT’S YOUR PLAYGROUND

Guitar Rig 7 Pro is great for trying out new guitar and bass tones and techniques with serious realism, but pushing it further is where the fun really starts. Run multiple amp heads in parallel, slot in effects wherever you like, and switch up cabinets. Or ditch the guitar and run synths and vocals through for powerful processing. Resample drum breaks and squeeze new juice out of time-tested samples. Make any type of sound completely your own with a huge range of intuitive tools.

AMPS AND CABINETS

A boutique selection of 26 classic guitar and bass amplifiers with matching cabinets, modeled using award-winning techniques to provide a wide range of signature tones.

EFFECTS AND TOOLS

Guitar Rig 7 Pro comes with 115 effects and tools to ignite your imagination and shape your sound. From legendary stompboxes to highly sought-after rack modules, these components can be used on guitar, vocals, synths, drums, organs, and everything else in your mix.

DISTORTION AND OVERDRIVE

Guitar Rig 7 Pro boasts a wide selection of distortion and overdrive units. Including the new Seattle Fuzz for grunge moods, Skreamer Deluxe for added punch, Chainsaw for Swedish death metal tones, and the IVP Stomp, best known for its distinctively clangy tone.

REVERB AND DELAY

A comprehensive range of delays and reverbs, including Raum, Replika GR, Replika Shimmer, and Softube’s RC 24 and RC 48, plus a time-honored selection of versatile DJ effects from Traktor’s 12. Based on award-winning NI algorithms, these units give you all you need to send your sounds into space.

MODULATION

Phasers, flangers, chorus, and tremolo effects add depth, movement, and texture to your guitar tones. Whether you're crafting intricate soundscapes or adding subtle shimmers to your riffs, these modulation effects provide the versatility to experiment and craft your sound.

LO-FI

Kolor adds character to tracks using black-box models of popular hardware distortion circuits. Tape Wobble emulates the “warbling” effect from improperly adjusted analog tape machines. Noise Machine creates various noises inspired by classic gear like cassette tapes, VHS tapes, electrical hum, and vinyl. Vintage Vibrato recreates the chorus/vibrato sections of a vintage rock organ. Combine with Bite and Freak for a true lo-fi sound.

EQUALIZERS AND FILTERS

Filtering is one of the most powerful ways to refine your tracks, and Guitar Rig 7 Pro offers several great tools to do it. Choose from an assortment of filters and wah-wahs, plus a range of equalizers, including Solid EQ.

CUSTOM MULTI-EFFECTS

The Container Module is a utility for creating multi-effects and custom channel strips. Assemble your processing chain, then assign the eight macro-controls to the key parameters of any effects in the chain.

NEW SIDEBAR

Effortlessly visualize and modify your effects chain with the new signal flow feature. This streamlined workflow lets you quickly grasp your effects setup at a glance, meaning you can rearrange and fine-tune your sound with ease.

Context help in Guitar Rig 7 Pro allows for a seamless learning curve. This guidance doesn't just help you learn; it sparks new ideas and techniques, giving your creativity the boost it needs to reach new heights.

CONTROL ROOM

Control Room delivers instant pro sound. Each preset gives you a classic cabinet set up with eight high-end microphones, painstakingly positioned by studio legend Peter Weihe for perfect phase alignment. Each mic has its own fader on the 8-track mixer, so you can blend them however you like.
