Shipping policy

Vintage King offers free FedEx Ground shipping to the lower 48 states for online orders of $99 and up. A flat rate of $6.95 is applied for FedEx Ground Economy shipping on online orders under $99 and under 10 lbs to the lower 48 states. Occasionally, select products are eligible for free 2-day shipping based on criteria set by Vintage King.

We ship via FedEx as our primary carrier. In some circumstances, we ship via UPS or a specialized freight carrier for large shipments. Your Audio Consultant can discuss all options to best suit your shipping needs.

FedEx Ground

U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico. 1 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3 to 7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii; 3 to 7 business days to Canada and Puerto Rico.

FedEx Saver

U.S. delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m., in 3 business days.

FedEx 2Day

U.S. delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).

FedEx Standard

U.S. next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.

FedEx Priority

U.S. next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m., or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m., or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

FedEx International Economy

Time-definite delivery typically in 2 to 5 business days (typically 2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico).

FedEx International Priority

Time-definite delivery typically in 1, 2, or 3 business days. Reaches major cities in Europe by noon, typically in 2 business days.

Freight Shipment

Vintage King uses various freight carriers depending on the best fit for a given shipment and destination. Your Audio Consultant can help answer any questions regarding freight offerings.

Signature Required for Delivery

To protect your shipment from theft, we require a direct signature upon delivery. An email will be sent when your order ships so you can check delivery dates with the tracking number provided. Please make certain someone is available to receive your package, or additional shipping charges may be incurred after three delivery attempts.

To protect your order, shipments cannot be rerouted after they leave our warehouse. Should you need to update your delivery address or request pickup at a FedEx facility, please contact a Vintage King representative and we will update the information with FedEx accordingly. Any packages that require rerouting will be charged $10.00.

This location offers parking in the building’s private lot. All doors are locked during business hours. To request entry, please ring the doorbell on the side of the building labeled "Customer Pickup." A Vintage King team member will greet you and help you receive your items. Please bring a valid form of ID matching the name on the order.
