For over 30 years, Vintage King has been a cornerstone of Detroit’s recording scene. Our roots in the city trace back to the early 1990s, when co-founders Mike and Andrew Nehra moved White Room Studios downtown and soon after began selling gear under the Vintage King name.
Vintage King continues to be an essential resource for Detroit-area engineers, producers, and studio owners. Over the years we’ve expanded and evolved to meet the needs of clients nationwide exactly where they are - in their music making spaces. Our headquarters is located in Troy and home to our Michigan-based staff, Fulfillment Center, and the world-famous Vintage King Tech Shop.
