The Sound Anchors 38" Fixed Monitor Stand with 8" x 12" Platform make proper speaker placement in any studio space possible. When monitors are positioned properly on rigid stable platforms they work better, period. The entire sound field will have more clarity, tones will be more accurate, dynamic contrasts will be greater and subtle anomalies in the mix will become more apparent.
This stand is a fixed height unit. It is available here as a pair with 38" height for installations where a higher placement is necessary to clear a console meter bridge. It features a 8" wide x 12" deep speaker platform and a highly stable four-point 14" x 14" base. The top platform is custom fitted to the size of the Footprint01's base but can be used as speaker stand for a host of different studio monitors.
I went from the cheapest monitor stands that I’ve used for years with no noticeable problems to these and wow! The sound is so tight and lovely through my Footprint 01’s on top of the anchors, and now im not afraid of them being shaken off of the stand from people walking in the studio!
