Product Description
The Kerwax K-24F is a large diaphragm FET condenser microphone inspired by the Schoeps CMC series circuits adapted to large capsules. CMC series mic amplifiers are renowned their low distortion levels and common mode rejection (suppression of interference induced in the microphone cable). As such, the K-24F is ideal for a wide range of recordings, delivering an exceptionally transparent sound. It's especially suited for capturing vocals and acoustic instruments. The sound is a perfect balance of detail, clarity, and richness of tone. The K-24F is never excessively sibilant and capable of handling high sound pressure levels as well if needed.
