Product Description

Distinct voices with unique sonic characteristics make up a choir, be it tens of hundreds of voices. Capturing that sound without feedback, distortion or noise takes the right microphone. Stand mounted, the Earthworks P30/HC microphone transforms your choir into a harmonious voice full of detail.

Designed to provide an ultra-flexible miking option, the P30/HC is ideal for choir miking, and can easily transition to miking a wide range of acoustic and electric instruments.

Thanks to its flexible gooseneck, the P30/HC provides extra simplicity when trying to find that sweet spot. Instead of having to reposition the whole microphone or mic stand, simply flex the gooseneck to quickly reposition the microphone.

The P30/HC’s near-perfect cardioid polar pattern is consistent across all frequencies, simplifying mic placement, ensuring more gain before feedback and virtually eliminating phasing issues when using multiple microphones. With over 30 dB of rear rejection, the P30/HC is ideal for live performances or recording environments where there may be bleed from surrounding instruments.

It handles transients with ease, reproducing every detail no matter how sharp or subtle. Handling up to 139 dB SPL without distortion, it is nearly impossible to overload the P30/HC, even with the loudest sources.

Set on flexible goosenecks, the microphone capsules can be easily repositioned for optimal microphone placement.
