An impressive new addition to the A Series family of monitors, the ADAM Audio A44H is designed to deliver similar results to the A7V, but in a much more flexible form factor. Featuring two 4” woofers paired with a central X-ART tweeter, this compact studio monitor provides the revealing, detailed sound that ADAM is known for.

DRIVERS & FREQUENCY RESPONSE

The A44H was specifically designed as a horizontal, 19” wide speaker to deliver more flexibility in a variety of control room settings. The resulting orientation makes this monitor a great option as a central speaker option for immersive/3D playback environments, like Dolby Atmos. Featuring two 4” MLM woofers constructed with a unique blend of mineral stone fibers for a sturdy, lightweight design, A44H speakers deliver deep, rich lows, while ADAM’s X-ART tweeter delivers crisp, clear highs. The rotatable HPS waveguides make positioning these monitors even more versatile, as does the horizontal design of this speaker.

CLASS AB + CLASS D AMPS

A Series monitors come equipped with both analog and digital amplifiers, offering the best of both worlds. In the A44H, the woofers are driven by a powerful 110W Class D amplifier, which is extremely efficient and helps reduce distortion. The tweeter is powered by 20W Class AB amplifier, for a smoother, more natural sound.

CUSTOM TUNING OPTIONS

Onboard DSP works to adapt the monitors to the user’s space, allowing for even more accurate playback. Four bands of equalization offer more than 100 unique tuning options to help compensate for the typical acoustic problems that arise from speaker placement.  And with A Control software, you can even create a custom 6-band EQ setting and calibrate each of your ADAM Audio speakers remotely. Ideal for anyone who is unable to acoustically treat their workspace, the A Series studio monitors offer automated calibration through the A Control software, thanks to a collaboration with industry leader Sonarworks.
