Vintage King and ATC Loudspeakers are teaming up for a listening event with special guest Preston “Prizzie” Reid in Atlanta. Join us on Friday, April 3, from 7 to 9 PM at the Vintage King Atlanta Studio Design Suite at 800 East Studios, where we’ll spend the evening listening to ATC monitors and Prizzie will share how they play a crucial role in his mixing process.
Prizzie is a Grammy-winning mix engineer and producer who has worked with artists like Muni Long, Usher, BTS, and PinkPantheress. Originally from Chicago, he moved to Atlanta in 2015, where he has become a key part of the city’s music production community. He currently mixes on ATC SCM45A Pros and will discuss the role they play in his studio during the event.
Vintage King and ATC will have two demo setups, each showcasing a different monitoring system. In the Vintage King Atlanta Studio Design Suite, guests can listen to the best-selling SCM25A Pro MK2 active 3-way studio monitors and the new SCS70 Pro subwoofer. A few steps away in 800 East’s live room, attendees can experience the masterful SCM150ASL Pro monitors paired with the new SCS120 Pro subwoofers.
ATC Loudspeakers has a long history of developing innovative monitor technology. Founded by Billy Woodman in 1974, the company has become a go-to choice for world-class recording studios and post-production facilities like Abbey Road Studios, EastWest Studios, The Hit Factory, Power Station, Blackbird, Miraval Studios, and Sterling Mastering, among many others. This listening event is a chance to hear ATC monitors in person and explore how they might fit into your own studio space.
