Amphion One15 studio monitors are pure and authentic across the whole frequency spectrum. They offer an impressive stereo image, keeping the accurate balance even at low listening levels. These monitors translate perfectly to any other playback system, saving you time from additional checks and amendments.
Be it for tracking, mixing or mastering, One15 studio monitors are the optimum affordable nearfield monitors. Providing clear and transparent mids, smooth highs, and an incredibly honest bass response, the One15 can easily fit in any musician’s set up, even in those, demanding extra clarity in the low-frequency spectrum.
Any pro-monitoring setup could benefit from Amphion One15s. These high-end passive monitors employ custom-designed drivers, a high-density Corian waveguide, and a sealed enclosure with a passive radiator to deliver the natural, transparent, un-hyped sound needed to make critical mixing decisions.
Every tool a sound engineer or producer uses, either helps to make the final product better or allows working quicker. But with the One15 studio monitors, you can do both. Make better decisions faster no matter if you are composing, tracking or mixing. The One15 nearfield monitors are equally suited to the commercial or home studio environment.
I haven’t owned a lot of monitors, but these are the best speakers I’ve ever owned. The imaging was amazing when I first put a mix through these. I did some mixing on them, and would say at the very beginning, it was a failure with getting the low end correct, as in loud enough. I will say that it was likely due to not possibly breaking them in, and mainly not having the correct room treatment. I also think that no matter what speakers you have, they still need to be “learned”.
These are great speaker. I am running them with light room treatment and a Adam sub 8 for the 20-40 hz response. The clarity and stereo field are way better than my previous set, Adam A5X. Something that I really like is that the sweet spot is very wide. I can move 6 inches away from the center of the speakers and the center image stays intact.
Actually, I purchased two Amphion One15s, but the order was split. THESE SPEAKERS ARE AMAZING! Not only do they have a good frequency range for a small sized speaker, but the stereo imaging is right on the money! Over the years, we’ve moved from large, full-range speakers, to smaller desktop sized speakers. In order to get decent bass response with the smaller speakers, either a sub-woofer, or a ported speaker design was the standard method for doing so. However, porting added some really challenging phase issues that show up as ‘blurring’ the stereo image. Just try listening to mono audio through most ported speakers. Instead of getting a sharp audio image, right in the middle, certain instruments and/or frequency ranges will seem to shift from side-to-side and artificially widen the image. With the One15s, everything stays where it should!!! If you want great sounding, smaller-sized speakers with great stereo imaging. Look no further, the One15s will be all you need.
It’s ns10. But with a mid-dome for modern music. It fits my room.
Love them. Finally I got near fields I can trust. With awesome frequency response and good stereo field
