The ADAM Audio A7V A Series studio monitor represents the evolution of ADAM Audio’s award-winning A7X. Featuring a number of enhancements over the original, including ADAM’s new Multi-Layer Mineral technology, HPS Waveguide and onboard DSP, the A7V is set to become the new industry standard.

A7V DRIVERS & FREQUENCY RESPONSE

Much like its predecessor, the A7V is equipped with a powerful 7” woofer and ADAM’s renowned X-ART tweeter. However, A Series speakers also introduce a number of improvements. ADAM’s new MLM woofers are constructed with a unique blend of mineral stone fibers for a sturdy, lightweight design that delivers impressive low-end down to 41 Hz. The new rotatable HPS waveguides make positioning these monitors even more versatile, enabling you to place them vertically or horizontally while still retaining crystal-clear highs up to 42 kHz.

BI-AMPLIFIED FOR IMPROVED PERFORMANCE

Featuring both analog and digital amplifiers, A Series studio monitors offer the best of both worlds. In the A7V, the woofers are driven by a powerful 110W Class D amplifier, which is extremely efficient and helps reduce distortion. A 20W Class AB amp powers the tweeter, delivering a smooth, natural top-end.

CUSTOM CALIBRATED FOR REVEALING SOUND

The A7V features other thoughtful updates, too. Less port noise allows for quieter, more accurate low-end playback, and the room adaptation adjustment options on the back further help users to sculpt the sound of their monitors. Onboard DSP works to adapt the monitors to the user’s space, allowing for even more accurate playback. Four bands of equalization offer more than 100 unique tuning options to help compensate for the typical acoustic problems that arise from speaker placement.  And with A Control software, you can even create a custom 6-band EQ setting and calibrate each of your ADAM Audio speakers remotely. Ideal for anyone who is unable to acoustically treat their workspace, the A Series studio monitors offer automated calibration through the A Control software, thanks to a collaboration with industry leader Sonarworks.
