This is the 7th built Wunderbar and the only 36 channel frame built to date. The console is loaded with 24 PEQ2 modules and 36 routing modules. It has 8 Monitor Returns, 4 Auxes, (3) 2 Track Returns, a talkback input, 3 stereo control room monitor outputs and 3 stereo busses. The stereo busses consist of the master (Wunder summing amp), buss 1-2 (API style summing amp) and buss 3-4 (Neve style summing amp). Summing busses 1-4 to the master buss creates the Wunderbahn summing buss with distinct color which is one of the highlights of this console in addition to the stellar sound performance. This console will deliver the best sound you've ever heard by simply throwing up a mic in a room. Huge, wide and clear tones are its bread and butter. The console is very simple to operate with only a mic/line input, direct out and fader return on each channel. The console comes with an external (rack mount ready) 2-1 input box that allows the fader return to monitor tape or input with the push of a button. This was a modification by console designer Brad Avenson done in May 2011. The console was further modified to provide reliable 48V supply to all channels. New bussing ribbon cables, VU LEDS, and voltage regulators were also added to improve performance in everyday use. The console is in solid condition, almost new and works very well. The console also includes 2 (4U) power supplies. Console is framed in cherry wood with a synthetic black leather arm rest.
