The Stone Deaf SD50 is an analog guitar amp that incorporates a digital control system to enable the user to store and recall a wide variety of tonal palettes at the touch of a button. With a tone more biased to the US gain amplifiers, it covers all bases very well. The pre-set bank enables you to store any combination of settings on 8 banks with up to 32 user-stored presets available (32 user defined valve channels). Although it is loudest of the Stone Deaf heads, the SD50 is still tremendously portable due to its size and weight. With additional tone refinement using the presence and resonance controls you can conjure up a wide variety of tones. For recording, you can drop the power down to 8 watts. The SD50 is aimed at the more serious tone conscious player who is looking for refined tone and versatility.
