The STG .BIN is a resettable powers of two divider circuit for clock and audio, which requires a square wave/gate input. Reset will hard restart the internal clock with the leading edge of an incoming gate. Divide incoming square wave/ gate signal by 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128.
