HANDS-ON MIX CONTROL

Nucleus 2 is a complete solution for in-the-box producers and engineers. Ditch your mouse and keyboard and mix with total hands-on control. Two banks of eight channels feature motorized 100 mm faders, user definable soft keys and V-Pots, and dedicated solo/cut buttons. The center section offers heavy-duty transport controls, a high-quality jog wheel, and programmable keyboard emulation buttons for easy access to your favorite quick commands.

Control up to three DAWs at once, including Pro Tools, Logic, Nuendo & Cubase, Reason, Ableton Live, Digital Performer, Samplitude and more. DANTE ENABLED RECORDING

Nucleus 2 is much more than just a DAW controller — it’s also a fully functional zero-latency Dante over Ethernet audio interface. Record using two studio-grade SuperAnalogue preamps—the same models used in SSL Duality and AWS consoles. Mixdown Mode makes it easier than ever to print your final mix with analog signal processing by letting you re-record your DAW output through the preamp inserts.

IMPROVED MONITORING

An upgraded monitoring section offers two sets of monitor outputs for quickly A/B-ing mixes. A new talkback system offers quick and easy communication using via dedicated headphone outputs or input 2 of Dante soundcard. Monitor live performances with effects in zero latency using the wet/dry controls to blend direct input and playback signals.
