Sonwarworks SoundID Reference for Multichannel delivers accurate and reliable reference sound for speaker setups from simple stereo up to 9.1.6 Atmos systems. This upgrade allows you to keep all existing profiles & features provided in the stereo software version for speakers & headphones. The version for multichannel allows you to calibrate your multichannel studio speakers to set the frequency response target to be completely flat, and to choose from various target curve options.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

• A valid permanent SoundID Reference for Speakers and Headphones license
• macOS 10.14 Mojave (or later)
• Windows 10 (or later)
• Stable internet connection (offline use not supported)
• SoundID Reference Measurement Microphone, or Sonarworks XREF 20 Measurement Microphone
• Microphone stand for multichannel system measurements
• A microphone clip for the measurement microphone that is being used. For Sonarworks measurement microphones, a ø21 mm (0.83”) clip is needed

Audio interface requirements during the speaker measurement process:

• +48V Phantom Power support
• The same audio interface must be used for input-output
• The audio interface must support and be set to one of the following sample rate formats: 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88 kHz, 96 kHz, 192 kHz
• The audio hardware setup must consist of a single external hardware device only (additional preamp units are supported)
