The Analyzer Track enables offline dialogue-intelligibility assessment, MXF video import supports modern editorial and broadcast pipelines, while the automation system — enhanced with new functions and a scalable user interface — provides a smoother experience during mixing. Additional workflow features, such as flexible channel conversion, improved video export options, group channels for folder tracks, and a redesigned Hub, optimize project organization and session management. New sound design tools, additional modulators, and Sampler Track updates further extend the creative and technical capabilities of modern sound design.
Analyzer Track is an industry-first solution for precisely measuring and displaying dialogue-intelligibility metering Enhanced Automation System. Nuendo’s renowned film-mixing automation system has been enhanced through new features and improved integration into the window layout. Nuendo now allows to quickly break down surround clips into structured stems or combine mono files into stereo pairs. Any Folder Track can now be assigned its own group channel. The Sampler Track now enables instant sample replacement via MediaBay Hot Swap.
Nuendo’s video export function now provides flexible resolution and encoding options as well as GPU encoding. MXF Broadcast support: AVC & MPEG 2 Nuendo now supports a range of AVC Intra and MPEG-2 formats. The ADR Panel comes with a clearer structure and a more streamlined visual layout. Volume and Pan Track Controls Volume and pan controls are available directly within the track controls area, with customizable layouts. UltraShaper, PitchShifter, new Modulators, the new WaveLab Go and a revised SpectraLayers Go are now included with Nuendo.
Nuendo’s video export function now provides flexible resolution and encoding options, allowing you to choose from a range of presets, as well as software or GPU encoding. It also supports text overlays from the active marker track, allowing timecode, dialogue, and other ADR attributes to be burned into the exported video exactly as defined in the ADR settings.
MXF Video for Broadcast Workflows capability brings an important advancement to broadcast and post-production workflows by enabling direct import of MXF video and audio tracks from OP1a containers. Nuendo supports native full-screen mode on macOS, enabling immersive editing and mixing across Project and MixConsole windows. Stems can be extracted from mixed audio using AI-powered separation tools— well suited for vocal isolation, rebalancing, and creative reworking of existing material. Any Folder Track can now be assigned its own group channel. Tracks placed within the folder are automatically routed to their corresponding bus, clearly organized, and immediately prepared for complex mix structures.
