Merging Technologies Pyramix ELEMENTS gives you access to a world you couldn’t explore before: analog-like digital audio (DSD/DXD). It includes Merging Technologies' full 3D audio mixer including Ambisonic up to the 2nd order. (Ambisonic up to 7th order is available with as a paid option.) ELEMENTS is also the ideal companion to Ovation as a universal 3D rendering engine allows to create a custom room with specific speaker locations and distances to emulate a venue in your studio, which you can use to design audio cues which will be replayed by our live player and show sequencer, Ovation, on a much bigger speaker set (or a 3rd party rendering engine). Pyramix ELEMENTS integrates seamlessly with the most popular studio controllers such as Avid S1 and Avid Control App.

Pyramix has been the most flexible immersive platform for over a decade, being one of the first DAWs to support multichannel audio as well as Ambisonics up to the 7th order. It allows seamless routing of any bus with immersive audio. For example, feeding an Auro-3D master bus or an Ambisonic bus into a Dolby Atmos bed is effortless, thanks to built-in encoders and decoders. Pyramix features its own renderer (Panner), giving users the flexibility to decide—based on production and artistic preferences—whether a channel should be sent to a bed or an object.
Its unique Dolby Atmos hybrid buses enable users to send any format to a Dolby Atmos Renderer by mapping specific channels as objects (such as a 9.1.6 setup, etc.). This same flexibility applies when exporting an ADM file. For instance, a native 9.1.6 mix can be exported to a Dolby Atmos ADM file by mapping the top channels and wide speakers as objects while keeping the rest in a bed.
