Ever dreamed of the day when you could fit your whole studio on your back?
Well, that day has come as the custom Novation gig bags are now on sale. There are three sizes to choose from, designed to fit a 25-key (2-octave), 49-key (4-octave) and 61-key (5-octave) keyboard/controller. The bags are ideally suited to fit the X-Station (all sizes) and SL (smallest and largest) ranges, as well as KS ranges, the K-Station and the Nova.
All bags have a front pocket for a laptop, with ample room for a 15” Mac or PC, in addition to side/front pockets for microphones, headphones and other cables. All bags have a top handle for hand carrying as well as a shoulder strap. The smallest 25-key bag also has ‘zip-away’ rucksack straps for added comfort and ease.
Here are the X-Station dimensions to use as a guide for what fits in each of the bags:
25-key: Width = 468mm; height = 68mm; depth = 278mm
49-key: Width = 798mm; height = 68mm; depth = 278mm
61-key: Width = 963mm; height = 68mm; depth = 278mm
