Neve 1073 DPD Stereo Mic Preamp #41652/12 (Used)

The Neve 1073 DPD is the latest generation of Neve Class A transformer balanced Mic Amplifiers. Based on the vintage 1073, it incorporates it's classic sound and features with modern upgrades that maintain Neve's long standing heritage and reputation in sound quality.

The 1073 DP is a dual Mic/Line amplifier with an optional ADC and presented in a 1U, 19" standalone rack with an integral PSU. The unit includes Hi and Lo impedance switches for ribbon microphones and Inserts at the rear allowing engineers to add an existing compressor or an EQ to the signal path before the ADC.

Levels can be set using the classic gain control in 5dB steps then finely tuned with the Trim controls. XLR/Jack inputs also feature giving additional flexibility for use with stereo analogue synthesizers or Guitars.

Two classic Neve 1073 mic pre-amplifiers are complemented by pristine professional ADCs to capture a performance to any required format. In addition to Neve's famous Class A analogue outputs are a series of digital options including all standard PCM sampling rates up to 192kHz. A unique feature is the Neve DSD output. Analogue insert points are provided ahead of the ADCs. The ultimate analogue circuitry is coupled with superior digital quality making this unit the obvious choice as a front end for recording to workstations.
