The Mission Engineering Chris Broderick Signature Expression Pedal SP1-CB-WH SPL + LED is the world's first professional quality switching expression pedal with toe switch engage and reverse polarity switch.
With two output jacks, one for the expression pedal and one for the switch, The SP1 can be used with compatible devices to turn pedal driven effects such as a wah or vibrato on an off at the pedal itself. The switch is operated by pushing down on the front with your foot in the same way as a traditional wah pedal. The SP1 is compatible with most MIDI controllers and processors with two or more pedal jacks.
The SP1 is a passive device; no battery or external power is required unless the LED option is added. The LED is powered by an internal 9v battery (included), accessible via a base mounted battery door.
