Mara Machines Transformer-Based I/O Card

Looking for a transformer sound on your Mara Machines JH110? The plug-n-play Mara Machines Transformer-Based I/O Card is the solution! A dedicated switch on each transformer allows you to choose between four options of operation:

1. No Transformers engaged (The transformerless factory MCI sound)
2. Input Transformer engaged
3. Output Transformer engaged
4. Both Input and Output Transformers engaged

Mara Machines uses custom made transformers to tailor the sound on the cards. The input transformer and the output transformer are not the same, which allows for maximum sonic options. The input transformer is 4:1 and MuMetal shielded, the output transformer is a custom Quadfilar with Litz construction. (Four windings, each double wire) These transformers are superior to what was available when these machines were first designed and built!

What does all of this mean? It’s simple: at a push of a button these cards offer options that are not found on any other tape machine and will allow you to get more sonic variety out of your machine.
