Lexicon have a long-standing legacy of creating innovative digital signal processors, starting with the first commercially available digital delay product — the Delta T-102 delay produced in 1972. Lexicon was also one of the first companies to produce digital reverbs, starting with the Model 224 in 1979, earning them the title “the godfather of digital reverb.” Best known for their iconic digital reverb designs, the 480L and 224XL, Lexicon effects have been used on countless hit records for decades. Their PCM and LXP series of multi-effects processors have continued to uphold Lexicon’s tradition of world-class effects.
