ISO Acoustics make really awesome stands to decouple speakers from your desk. They’re light and pretty flexible as far as angle and height. To be fair, these aren’t going to fix a bad sounding room, but if you need to get your speakers higher off your desk and keep the speakers from using your desk as a source or resonance these are awesome.

It’s ridiculous really, what this does to your audio. Everything in their description is true. Tighter more focused sound. Somehow hearing more of the speakers than the room. Things panned center actually feel like they’re coming from in between the speakers, while things panned and special effects still emerse you in the music. If you feel like all you need is new monitors to take you to the next level, you’re wrong. This should be under every speaker you own. It really does make that much of a difference.
