The Kemper PROFILER Stage MK 2 combines the acclaimed KEMPER PROFILER digital guitar amplifier with the PROFILER Remote - the quintessential foot controller for the PROFILER. The Stage offers the same features and the legendary sound as the well-known PROFILER Head and Rack, and even a bit more. Like any other MK 2 model, the PROFILER Stage MK 2 supports up to 18 simultaneous effects. KEMPER PROFILER Stage is no mere accessory - it is a complete PROFILER. A multi-effects powerhouse and state-of-the-art guitar amplifier (note: does not include power amp), featuring KEMPER's unique PROFILING technology for capturing the sonic DNA of any guitar amp. It also comes preloaded with a PROFILE pool of hundreds of the best guitar amps in the world, created under perfect conditions in professional studios worldwide.
This combination of PROFILER and Remote allows you to control, administer and program your Performances, as well as manage Rig switches and complex parameter morphs, all in an unparalleled intuitive manner. The illuminated sunlight-proof display, which increases display contrast even with the sunlight's intensity, is designed to be viewed from any distance, under any lighting conditions, and the housing is built like a tank. Just what the doctor ordered for touring musicians on dark stages or sunlit outdoor festivals!
Five buttons allow direct access to five different Rigs per Performance - tap once to select the Rig, and tap again to trigger a morphing. Entire Performances can be switched using a bank system. Four Effect Buttons can be assigned individually per Rig. Use these to toggle pre- and post amp FX, either singly or in groups, as well as Action and Freeze functions such as Delay Infinity. Setting them up is easier than putting a new contact into your cell phone: click Effect Button, choose FX, assign, done. Dedicated buttons control Tuner Mode and Looper, as well as trigger Tap Tempo or other assignable functions.
Up to four expression pedals can be connected to control continuous parameters of the sound. Alternatively, external switches can be connected for even more toggling functions. The PROFILER Stage features dedicated Stereo Monitor Outputs for driving two either full range or standard guitar cabinets (NOTE: no power amp included) simultaneously and independently from the direct stereo feed. Two stereo effect loops with stereo returns for each allow for connecting both pedals and outboard studio effects.
The PROFILER MK 2-series introduces an expanded FX section with seven dedicated “pedalboard essential” FX slots, featuring: A new second Noise Gate (Palm Ninja), Compressor, Pure Booster, WahWah, Vintage Chorus, Air Chorus, and Double Tracker. Adding these to the pre-existing 10 audio blocks, Spectral Noise Gate, Transpose Effect, and Volume Pedal - in total this provides users with 20 simultaneous audio effect blocks, setup gig-ready right out of the box while maintaining full flexibility for customization. This new layout makes it convenient to cover all the bases and offers 8 flexible FX blocks available for the acclaimed tone shapers and studio-grade unique FX the KEMPER PROFILER is famous for.
Native 8-channel USB audio support to all KEMPER PROFILER MK 2 Series units enables seamless multitrack recording and reamping directly into your DAW with no external interface required. The integrated Looper also gets a serious upgrade. With up to two full minutes of recording time, the MK 2 Series lets you capture extended phrases, build layered soundscapes, or craft entire performances — all on the fly. Boot times, preset switching, and UI responsiveness are noticeably faster and smoother, especially in Performance Mode.
