It's perfect. Integrates perfectly with my Mac Mini. It's partitioned and it never skips a beat. Giving the illusion that I have multiple drives connected. I was concerned that it would lag since I'm pulling audio, video from different partitions but it's solid as rock.

I use this external drive for all of my sample libraries and it is usually attached to an iMac Pro. I had the 2TB version and needed more space. This 4TB unit was very reasonably priced for the capacity and gave me what I needed. Quick summary: It’s light, very compact, durable, fast (>1GB/sec with low latency), passively cooled and bus-powered. Very happy with this drive.
