The Switchcraft StudioPatch 9625 is a versatile studio patchbay featuring 96 patch points for connecting all your gear. Each pair of front-panel TT (Bantam) jacks can be set to half, full, or non-normaled operation. Plus, the programmable grounds let you customize ground-lift settings to eliminate hum and ground loop issues. DB-25 connectors save space on the rear panel while providing full access to every patch point. Built to last with a solid metal chassis and gold-plated contacts, the StudioPatch 9625 delivers reliable performance and long-term durability in live and studio applications. A longtime favorite of recording, mixing, live sound, and broadcast engineers, this professional-grade patch bay ensures clean signal flow, efficient workflow, and full phantom power compatibility.
The StudioPatch 9625 provides three normaling positions for each pair of TT jacks. Full normaling (break in/break out) pairs the top and bottom connections with direct routing unless a patch cable breaks the connection. Half-normal (break in/branch out) mode allows you to tap the ouput without breaking the connection. Non-normaled (thru) mode disables any internal routing. Changing modes requires only a household flathead screwdriver.
The StudioPatch 9625’s programmable ground feature allows you to lift or restore the ground connection on each channel independently, preventing ground loops and unwanted noise. By adjusting the ground selection switches on the rear, you can isolate troublesome channels or combine grounds for multi-channel connectivity. Programmable grounds also simplify troubleshooting, letting you pinpoint and eliminate noise sources without rewiring or external ground-lift adapters.
The StudioPatch 9625 is housed in a rugged 1 RU steel chassis designed to withstand the demands of touring and daily studio use. The front-panel TT (Bantam) jacks are gold-plated for ideal signal transfer and corrosion resistance, while rear-panel DB-25 connectors provide screws for cable retention.
Not the cheapest way to get it done, but very solid build with accurate slots, screws, and cutouts. Appears as if it will just work forever. The DB25 hold down screws are SAE 4-40 not european M-series, so check that. Many DB25 cables come with both types of hold down screws.
Love it. Sturdy and reliable. So easy to switch normals. And as usual great service from VK!
Realy good seller
Awesome patchbay!
Excellent quality
Love having the normal king available on the front. Solid build and never had a problem with it.
I'm very satisfied. I'm happy that I bought a good product.
This is so much easier to just buy the pre wired patch bay and prewired cables than it was in my old days when I had to wire things by hand individualiy. Thank you Switchcraft.
