After four years of runaway success, the Lindell Audio LiN 76 MKII FET Compressor/Limiting Amplifier has arrived with several updates coming directly from customer feedback and feature requests. Of course, you still get the same versatility and quality you’d expect from a LiN76. You’ll be able to gently shape a delicate lead vocal, or smash your drum room track with all-buttons in mode.

UPDATED FOR MODERN STUDIOS

The LiN76 mkII builds upon the success of the original model with a host of practical enhancements. A redesigned compression circuit offers improved performance and lower noise, while an internal power supply with IEC connection eliminates the need for an external adapter.

THE BEST OF CLASSIC 76 REVISIONS

Rather than recreating a single vintage model, the LiN76 mkII combines carefully selected elements from several legendary revisions. Its input stage draws inspiration from the clean-sounding Rev. D and Rev. G circuits, while the output stage borrows the gritty character of the famous Rev. A design. A custom-made transformer and vintage-style FET complete the classic analog signal path.

STEREO LINKING AND TRUE BYPASS

An integrated RCA stereo link connection allows two LiN76 mkII units to operate together for matched stereo compression. True bypass switching makes it easy to instantly compare processed and unprocessed signals during mixing and tracking.

CLASSIC WORKFLOW, MODERN CONVENIENCE

The mkII adopts the traditional 76-style control orientation, with clockwise attack and release settings producing faster response times. A vintage-style VU meter with an adjustable calibration trimmer provides accurate visual feedback while preserving the familiar analog workflow engineers love.
