With 64 effect algorithms, dual-algorithm capability, powerful new processing technology, extensive I/O and a reimagined user-friendly interface, the Eventide H90 raises the bar for multi-effects pedals. In addition to Eventide’s famous pitch shifting, lush reverbs and all the other effects you’d expect, the H90 features new algorithms powered by Spectral Instantaneous Frequency Tracking (SIFT) technology for accurate, low-latency polyphonic pitch shifting. Intuitive controls, expression inputs and MIDI I/O make it easy to take advantage of the H90’s full power in a live performance setting.

NEW TECHNOLOGY, NEW EFFECTS

The H90’s 62 algorithms include all of the effects from the beloved H9 Max plus seven brand-new algorithms capable of never-before-heard sounds. Polyphony lets you pitch-shift and freeze entire chords, while Prism Shift generates three voices from a single chord to create staggered arpeggios spanning up to three octaves. Head Space and Bouquet Delay give you vintage-style tape and bucket-brigade delay effects with creative tone-shaping controls, and Wormhole is a huge-sounding reverb with extreme modulation and pitch warping capabilities. Vintage pedal emulations include Even-Vibe, a stereo version of the classic Uni-Vibe effect; and Weedwacker, a two-stage overdrive reminiscent of a famous green stompbox. Add the Instant Phaser, Instant Flanger and SP2016 Reverb from Eventide’s rackmount processors and you’ve got a broad palette of effects to mix and match for infinite possibilities.

Nine new algorithms exploit the H90's raw power:

• Polyphony – Pitch shift chords with ease using SIFT technology. Create rising or sinking chorus and crystals-type effects. Use Freeze to generate pad textures
• Prism Shift – Generate three voices from a single chord whose intervals are separated, staggered, and pitch-shifted to create four arpeggio types spanning up to three octaves
• Even-Vibe – Authentic Uni-Vibe emulation reimagined in stereo with envelope followers
• Head Space – Vintage four-head Tape Delay with classic and modern creative tone shaping controls for grit, spatiality, and character.
• Bouquet Delay – Bucket Brigade Delay (BBD) with modulation, LoFi, and Modern flavors; includes Pitch jump and Self-oscillation performance functions
• Wormhole – A mega-sized hyper-modulated reverb with pitch warping performance
• Weedwacker – Two-stage, serial overdrive reminiscent of a famous green pedal
• PolyFlex - Chord-bending pitch shifter allows you to perform polyphonic dive bombs or transform your guitar into a pedal steel
• PolySynth - Transforms your guitar into a synthesizer with three independent voices, each with controls for level, shift amount, and wave shape

LIVE PERFORMANCE MACHINE

Optimized for live performance, the Eventide H90 features user-friendly controls and a high-res OLED display that makes it easy to browse, tweak, store and recall effects on the fly. Two large “push knob” encoders provide easy access to SELECT, BANK and PERFORM modes, while the middle three encoders control different parameters for each effect. The unit’s three footswitches are used for browsing and selecting presets, and can be programmed with up to six different functions, including bypass, tap tempo, momentary states and algorithm-specific functions.

EXPANSIVE I/O

The I/O section rivals most pedals and even some audio interfaces, with four line-level inputs and outputs that make it possible to run multiple signal paths, create effects loops or even process two separate stereo instruments with one pedal. The dual expression/control inputs accept continuously variable expression pedals or auxiliary switches with up to three buttons. Five-pin MIDI In and Out ports allow you to control the H90 remotely or seamlessly integrate it with other MIDI devices. You can even organize your effects into Playlists for easy access to the specific sounds you need for every song on your setlist. Whether you want to expand your sonic palette in the studio or streamline your live rig, this power-packed pedal can do it all.
