Eventide EuroDDL Modular Synth Module

The Eventide EuroDDL Eurorack Delay offers a digital delay with analog sonic characteristics that can be installed directly to your Eurorack Modular Synth. Access external control of every parameter and function as well as CV and other patch points from the front panel.

The EuroDDL has been designed to sound more analog than the standard digital delay lines of the past. The soft clipping saturation, low pass filter, feedback, insert loop and +20 dB boost remain completely analog, and the digital paths are limited to only what is necessary for the most flexible functionality.

The EuroDDL is meant to be played as a musical instrument, and for ease of use in a Eurorack setup, all controls must be able to be remotely controlled. The patch points on the front panel allow easy integration to your current Eurorack Modular Synth, and the Return/Send and Clock In/Clock Out functions allow it to sync with the rest of your modular devices.

Delay times can vary from very short, to endless with its looping feature, providing timed delays from .11msec all the way to 160 seconds at a 16 kHz rate. Up to 10 seconds of delay can be applied to sample rates of 192 kHz. The converter is 24-bits to provide the cleanest audio path possible. Delay time can be set manually or by tap tempo controls, and can also be triggered from the external CV patch points. Create comb filtering or flanging effects by manipulating the short delays, or create lush echoes utilizing the longer delay functions.
