In celebration of their 10th anniversary, elysia has created the Elysia Xfilter 500 Vinyl Allstars Limited Edition, with a stunning front panel hand-made from real records! Each individual module features a unique groove pattern based on the individual record from which it was crafted. The vinyl front panels are supported by a sepia-colored layer of acrylic glass, gently emphasizing the vintage vibe of this ultimate analog appearance.

This vinyl/acrylic panel is attached to an additional steel base plate, ensuring the stability of the front panel. The steel base is finished with a black powder coating to prevent oxidation and to blend into the color of the record.

Another carefully matched detail – anodized matte black aluminum knobs, manufactured exclusively for this limited edition. Cream-colored silkscreen graphics add the perfect final touch to the classic vibe of the Vinyl Allstars.

All these custom materials combine beautifully to create a very individual appearance rich in audio history – an outstanding black jewel in any 500 series rack for sure, completed by a set of included lens head screws matching the coherent look of this special edition.

The xfilter 500 is a true linked stereo EQ in the 500 series format. It gives you the expensive sound of an all class-A equalizer in a surprisingly affordable package, with a precise stereo image based on computer-selected, stepped potentiometers and low tolerance film capacitors.

This EQ is serious about flexibility. It offers high and low shelf bands which can be switched into high and low cut filters with resonance, two mid peak filters with wide and narrow Q, plus additional passive LC stages with shielded coils for a glorious top end.

With its exceptionally open sound, straight transient projection and solid punch, the xfilter is the perfect match for your xpressor – or any other piece of delicious outboard gear!
