The Big Distortion Sound Machine is parallel distortion box. One input is sent to two fuzz circuits, The Ruiner and the Torn's Peaker. The output of these circuits are mixed down to OUT 2. Or, for the immersive experience, hook up OUT 1 and OUT 2 to their own amps, or even more pedals and then amps! STEREO DESTRUCTION.
The Ruiner is one of our greatest hits, effectively converting any input into a brassy, bassy square wave. Throw a chord at it an listen to it glitch! You can also roll back the gain for less destruction, but really, how often is that called for?
The Torn's Peaker is the "deluxe version" found in our TP/AE Hybrid. That means a WORSE toggle for super clipping sizzles. Zazz knob for textural changes. TP/AE knob for subtle gain and tone shifts. And plenty of volume. Designed for ultimate bass guitar domination, but also quite effective with guitars and other less woofy instruments.
