DanMark XLNT-J2 Speaker Stands are perfect for providing a desired speaker placement. It is a known fact that monitors that are isolated from other platforms, such as recording consoles, walls and other equipment racks, will perform optimally. Isolating your speakers will create a sound field with much more clarity and accurate tones. Dynamic contrasts will be optimal and subtle problems in your mix will become much more evident. Traditional methods of speaker placement, such as placing them on desks, or on top of racks or mounting them to the wall are problematic in that these methods do not isolate your monitors from each other or the area in which they were placed. In addition, these methods are not conducive to giving you the freedom to position the monitors exactly where you want them.

The isolated placement feature that XLNT-J2 monitor stands allow the engineer the ability to place the speakers behind the console, thereby creating the greatest opportunity for optimal sound and mixing. These stands also feature the ability to change the speaker height up or down as well as a feature that allows the engineer the ability to tilt them as well. These two important features give the engineer more flexibility to place the speakers in a desirable position. Convenient, adjustable, nylon isolation feet come standard with these units allowing even more isolation for your sound mix.

These stands are built of heavy-duty, 2” steel tubing frames and their platforms are constructed of ¼” thick aluminum plate which is ideal for reducing the amount of energy that normally gets transferred to the stand. All of these features combined help to provide the engineer with a cleaner, detailed and more accurate sound.

XLNT-J2 stands feature a 17" x 23" base. This version is 44" tall with a 10" x 12" speaker platform.
