Cre8audio Mr. Phil Ter VCA, Filter and Envelope Generator Module - Black

The Cre8audio Mr. Phil Ter packs a VCA, filter, and envelope generator in a single module that, when paired with an oscillator can be used as a complete synthesizer voice. The analog parts were developed in partnership with Pittsburgh Modular and are comprised of a voltage controlled amplifier circuit (VCA) as well as an old-school Moog-esque transistor low-pass ladder filter. Mr. Phil Ter also features a digital envelope generator with Attack, Sustain, and Release controls for the simultaneous fast and slow outputs zero to five or ten seconds respective time ranges.

CRE8AUDIO MR. PHIL TER FEATURES:

• Envelope with 0-10V voltage range, and Attack, Release and Decay times of 0-10s (slow) or 0-5s (fast)
• Easter egg mode quantizes envelope to 7-bit for a steppy sample and hold effect
• Clean-sounding voltage controlled amplifier circuit (VCA)
• Classic low-pass transistor ladder filter design that self-oscillate when resonance is cranked, creating a super clean trackable sine wave
