The BURL Audio BDA12 ORCA is a BURL BLACK monitor control and DAC daughter card for the B80 MOTHERSHIP. The BDA12 features 12 channels of Class A, discrete transistor op-amp, digital to analog conversion, plus stereo, Class A, speaker and headphone, monitoring. The BDA12 employs the latest BURL Audio NextGen analog section featuring the BOPA14 op-amp, and multichannel DAC chip technology for increased channel density.
With its higher channel density, the BDA12 brings the superior class-A analog technology that BURL Audio is known for, at a lower cost per DAC channel compared to the existing BURL GREEN DAC and ORCA Monitor line.
