Vintage Vibe started as a Fender Rhodes rental and repair shop before owner Chris Carroll began to build his version of the classic electric piano. These impeccably built instruments further Harold Rhodes's creation with a new sense of beauty, portability, and tonal innovation.

For modern players, Vintage Vibe offers a range of options, including 64-key and 73-key versions of the Classic and Deluxe models with unique add-ons like stereo cabinets. Vintage Vibe's unique construction and design work results in each piano weighing under a pound per key. Not only are these instruments easy to move, but they can withstand the rigors of the road without constant adjustment.

But what about the sound itself? Vintage Vibe accurately captures the classic warm, lush, electric piano sounds one would expect from a Rhodes. The brand's newly designed hammer tips and patented Dual Capstan Action keep things sounding even and controlled across the entire keyboard, and the action is second to none. The onboard preamp features a Volume control, custom-designed EQ with Treble and Bass control, and a knob for Tremolo that controls speed and depth.

One of the most unique new tools in the arsenal of Vintage Vibe is its Variable Voice Control. This optional feature on all of the brand's models aims to streamline some of the set-up involved in perfecting the sounds of a vintage electric piano. The patented technology repositions the pick-ups of the piano just by using the slider on the front of the instrument. Moving the slider to the far right gives the piano more bite, while heading to the far left adds sparkle and high-frequency response. In the middle, you'll find a balanced sound with more overtones.
