Utilized on recordings with Jimmy Cliff, Beck, Smashing Pumpkins and many more, the desk features 36 mic/line inputs, 16 busses and 29 monitor inputs.

After the release of the last A Tribe Called Quest record, We Got It from Here... Thank You 4 Your Service, artist/producer Q-Tip teamed up with Vintage King's Darrin Fendley to sell his vintage API 3288 console. Prior to Tip buying the console, it was housed at Radio City Studios in New York City, where it was used for recording the first Ramones and Blondie records, among countless other classics.

This legendary REDD.37 console (one of only three ever created), was active in Abbey Road Studios and utilized on various recording sessions by The Beatles. The console is made up of five individual pieces and features an upgrade in the number of tracks and channels from its predecessor, the REDD .17. Since the 1990s, this REDD.37 console has been lovingly cared for by Lenny Kravitz, who has kept the desk in pristine condition.
