In Spring 2019, Vintage King launched our first-ever mix contest and, quite frankly, y'all blew us away! We were inundated with more mixes than we ever imagined and amazed by the incredible quality of your entries. While only five engineers walked away with a prize, you were all winners in our eyes.
We're extremely excited to announce another opportunity to show off your skills with our
Summer Remix Contest. Once again, we've assembled some of our favorite producers, engineers, and musicians to contribute tracks for you to work with and act as guest judges. This year, you can select from music created by Carl Craig, Lisa Bella Donna, and Chris “Classick” Inumerable.

Lisa Bella Donna is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and modular synthesist. She has many years of experience as a session musician and has developed extensive techniques with a variety of genres including musique concreté, micro-tonal music, orchestration, film composition, and more.
Recently, Lisa put out two new albums, Night Flight and Orchards of Churchyard Departures. Both records are sonically fitting for the Halloween season, as they feature a number of dark and brooding tones created using a wide range of analog and digital synths. Continue reading →
