E Scott Lindner is a professional recording engineer, studio owner, and guitarist who has worked with world-class artists like David Bowie, Pat Metheny, and Mariah Carey. In 2017, Scott teamed up with four partners to open Pinch Recording in Long Island City, New York. In order to capture a more authentic analog sound, Pinch recently upgraded to a new API 2448 32-channel console. Whether the location served as Ed Wood's movie set, Slayer's practice space or the home to LA's finest exotic dancers, something interesting has always been going down at 5632 Santa Monica Blvd. That continues to remain true today, as recording studio owner Dave Trumfio recently took over the space and has built out an extremely unique complex.
