And if that’s not enough, you can get up to 768 voices by adding native voice packs or Pro Tools | HDX cards. Purchase up to six voice packs for extra voices, ranging from 128 additional mono audio tracks at 48 kHz, or four additional 7.1 audio tracks at 192 kHz. Or, install up to three HDX cards in your Pro Tools | HDX system, with up to 384 extra voices per card. MORE MIDI! Audio tracks aren’t the only thing getting an upgrade, as Pro Tools 2019.5 supports 1,024 MIDI tracks, up from 512. Use the included virtual instruments or some of your favorite third-party plug-ins to create complex soundscapes without having to stress about bouncing stems.
