Ruling the roost from their seats on stage all day long, Pensado's Place hosts Dave Pensado and Herb Trawick filmed two episodes of their web series in front of a live audience. The duo conducted four panel discussions over the course of the event, talking with some of the leading women in pro audio, social media marketers, Nashville's top producers and other industry titans.
While some fans stayed all day to watch the Pensado's Place crew film their show, others turned their eyes and ears towards all of the gear that filled up the store's tent-lined parking lot. With over 40 different manufacturers on-site with their latest and greatest creations, gearheads were able to get their hands on new product, while also rediscovering old classics.
After a little bit of rain, Dave and Herb made way for a performance unlike any other. Oliver Dodd, a Moog master, took to the stage with a team behind him carrying the Moog System 35. What would follow was a dazzling display of electronic music. Cut to the side stage, where sample master Jeremy Ellis took over and nearly destroyed everything in his path with an incredible array of electronic bloops and bleeps.
One of the most dazzling performances at Gear Expo 2015 came from the daughter and father combo of Nicole Paris and Ed Cage. The duo has become an Internet phenomenon, thanks to their out-of-this-world beatboxing skills, and they certainly brought it to Nashville. The audience was completely floored when Nicole and Ed did their thing.
If you missed Gear Expo 2015, don't worry! Pensado's Place has captured all of the magic in the two live episodes they recorded at Vintage King Nashville. Check out both episodes and photos from this unforgettable day below!
