LGBTQ+ Pride Month 2021 may be wrapping up today, but Manley Labs has introduced a new piece of gear that it hopes will raise awareness and support for an important cause. Just like last year's MASSIVE PRIDE edition of the MASSIVE PASSIVE, the brand is offering up a limited edition run of the VOXBOX dubbed the VOXBOX 2021 Pride Edition.

Before we get to the gear itself, let's talk about the initiative Manley Labs is taking with the VOXBOX 2021 Pride Edition. The pro audio brand is donating proceeds from the sales of its new channel strip to the Human Rights Campaign. This organization works to end discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer identifying individuals and realize a world that achieves equality for all.

Manley Labs owner EveAnna Manley says, “In the spirit of social inclusion and recognition of our desire for the supportive embrace of all people, I invite everyone to help celebrate Gay Pride Month 2021 with us. May unification, peace, and calm be eventually restored to our planet with love, appreciation, and understanding for all of our fellow humans.”

The VOXBOX Pride Edition 2021 is limited to 100 units. The most noticeable change to the channel strip for this limited edition run is its cosmetics. The front plate of the VOXBOX has received a rainbow makeover and is now emblazoned with "Vox Aequalitatem." This motto means "All Voices Equal" or "The Voice of Equality."

Internally, Manley Labs has included its new MANLEY POWER switch-mode supply. This is the first product to use this new power supply and the brand says that it's much quieter than previous PSUs used. Another unique element of the power supply is that its universal, which allows engineers to use the VOXBOX anywhere in the world without the need for a voltage changeover switch or transformer rewire.
