For those of you located near Los Angeles and Nashville, we are hosting two special events on October 4th that will allow you to be one of the first to get your hands on the Apollo X interfaces. The Universal Audio crew will be at our Vintage King Los Angeles and Vintage King Nashville showrooms throughout the day on the 4th and will be providing visitors with demos of the Apollo X's new features and upgrades. Additionally, we'll have a Universal Audio giveaway and there will be light food and drink at both locations. We're also extremely excited to announce that on October 4th, we'll be holding a special evening event at Vintage King Los Angeles from 7:30 PM to 930 PM with Top Dawg Entertainment’s engineer, Derek “MixedbyAli” Ali. Ali has worked with some of music's top artists over the last decade including Kendrick Lamar’s D.A.M.N. to the massively successful “This is America” by Childish Gambino. Join us to hear about these experiences, get insight into his creative process, and learn valuable engineering tips & tricks. Attendees will experience an intimate setting much like Ali’s groundbreaking “EngineEears Seeing Sounds” workshops where Ali offers his perspective on the art of mixing and getting into the music business.
