In two new demos, Klayton (Celldweller) is taking on some unique studio tools and adding them into his modular synth set-up. Continue on below to learn more about the T-Rex Replicator Eurorack Module and Elektron Analog Heat and see how Klayton explores new worlds of sound with the gear.
T-Rex Replicator Eurorack Module
A few years back, T-Rex Effects released the Replicator, a 100% analog magnetic tape delay pedal. With an instant classic on their hands, the brand began to look to see where else they could take the technology. They found the answer in Eurorack technology and now the pedal has been ported to the popular modular synth format. The Replicator Eurorack Module features most of the same technology, but includes controls, features and settings that will make it a perfect fit for the studio.
Elektron Analog Heat
Elektron's new release, the Analog Heat, allows users to alter the sounds of their samplers, drum machines, synths, master bus and more. The unit features eight different analog distortion units that allow you to change sound sources by giving them everything from light saturation to full blown overdrive glory. Thanks to Overbridge, you can use the Analog Heat as a VST/AU effect plug-in and control the sounds you create via your computer.
