Taking place at NAMM 2015 in Anaheim, California, the panel will feature breakthrough product developers discussing their technology in various categories including outboard gear, monitors, microphones, digital and more.
The hour-long discussion will be moderated by GRAMMY Award-winning engineer and producer, Jack Joseph Puig, and feature the following highly distinguished audio professionals. This panel discussion is sure to be a highlight of the NAMM Show 2015, which takes place on Friday, January 23, 2015, at 4PM, in the Anaheim Convention Center's The Forum (203 A-B).
Renowned in professional music circles, panel moderator Jack Joseph Puig is an iconic multi-platinum award-winning record producer and engineer, as well as inventor, technologist and outspoken advocate for high standards in professional and consumer audio. This dedication to detail and high-quality modern components helps deliver the rich, present and natural sound that Manley has become known for over the years.
Steven Slate hardly needs an introduction. As the CEO of two companies,

Slate Digital, he has continuously propelled the world of software forward. In 2014, Slate Digital revealed one of its most exciting products to date, the Virtual Microphone System, which promises to model dozens of vintage microphones via digital modeling.
At age 13, Thomas Barefoot taught himself how to build guitars and amps using salvaged parts from around the neighborhood. Years later the engineer/physicist set his sights on creating a cost-effective, technologically advanced speaker which transcends the need for multiple types of monitors. The result is
Barefoot Sound's MicroMain27, which has turned the industry upside down. Proving himself again with the
MicroMain35,
MiniMain12 and most recently the
MicroMain45, Barefoot has shown his brand is at the forefront of studio monitor development.
Last, but not least, Peter Reardon has overseen
Shadow Hills Industries creation of high quality discrete audio paths, unique controls and incredible military aesthetics. From
GAMA mic preamps and summing/monitor controllers like the
Equinox to the
Dual Vandergraph and
Mastering Compressor, Peter and Shadow Hills create hardware that lets engineers truly latch onto the content of their recordings.
