SURGES is a voltage-controlled multi-mode filter capable of delivering high-pass, band-pass, and low-pass outputs. You can even switch the slope of the band- and low-pass filters between 2-pole and 4-pole responses for further tonal shaping. It's a versatile tool for crafting everything from subtle sweeps to screaming resonant peaks.

MIX, DRIVE, MODULATE

Two audio inputs let you blend your signals, with input 1 featuring a dedicated level control—perfect for dialing in everything from clean tones to overdriven grit. Add movement to your sound with CV inputs for both resonance and cutoff modulation. And with voltage-controlled gain on the low-pass output, you can shape your signal level in real time.

PURELY ANALOG, UNIQUELY MUSICAL

Inspired by the Mutable Instruments Ripples module, SURGES delivers a “liquid” and musical tone coloration reminiscent of classic SH and Jupiter filters. Its purely analog circuitry is built around legendary 2164 and 13700 semiconductors, offering a wide frequency range from 18 Hz to 18 kHz and that unmistakable warmth and character.
