The Audix D6 cardioid drum mic delivers! A conveniently sized mic with the big sound that drummers want, the D6 is designed to sound good in any position and it is not dependent on finding the "sweet spot" of the drum. The capsule features the same legendary VLM technology that has made Audix D series percussion and instrument microphones very popular for today's live stages and recording studios. Utilizing the same low profile mounting clip as the D series mics, the D6 will work with Audix D-vice and D-flex clips, as well as a variety of other popular clips on the market.
Lightweight, compact and easy to position, the D6 is an excellent choice for miking instruments requiring extended low frequency reproduction such as kick drums, large toms and bass cabinets. The D6s transformer less design, low impedance and balanced output allow for interference-free performance.
Designed, assembled, and tested by Audix in the USA.
