To know Bill Learned is to know true customer service in the sales arena. Whether he’s running down the piece of gear that you needed yesterday, working directly with a manufacturer or learning about the next wave of technology, Learned’s passion for customer care knows no boundaries.

This sense of dedication can be directly linked to his decade (and then some) of service in the pro audio industry; prior to joining Vintage King's sales team in 2015, Bill was the Senior Logistics Manager and a Senior Account Manager at GC Pro. “I learned the importance of really listening to what people need and helping them find a solution,” he says. Moving swiftly from the sales floor to support and beyond, Bill carved out his position by making himself indispensable to his clients.

Behind Bill’s abilities in the workplace lay a deep love of the music that his father brought him up on. “There was always a record spinning on the turntable at home growing up,” states Learned (now a father, himself). While he was born and bred on AC/DC’s Highway To Hell and Black Sabbath’s Paranoid, the gift of Hendrix’s Band of Gypsies at 15-years-old inspired him to buy his first guitar.

Whether it’s the studio, listening room or sales floor, remembering “the importance of service for the professional market” is the prime directive in Bill’s daily workflow. Let him help you find the next essential element of your studio and take your sound to a superior level.
