API SELECT TRANZFORMER LLX PEDAL EQ FEATURES

The API Audio TranZformer Pedal offers 3-band selectors (100Hz, 400Hz, and 2kHz). The lower bands have a bigger effect on overall core tone and fundamental notes while the higher 2kHz band affects upper-register fundamentals, harmonics, and overtones. Each of the TranZformer’s knobs offer +/- 15dB with a locking indent in the center for a neutral equalizer option. The 2kHz range uses a peak/shelf toggle that can alter the character of the user's attack similar to a frequency-specific compression. The entire peak/shelf toggle is useful when running the TransZformer Compressor Pedal in overdrive mode or when playing with a simple pick.
