The AEA 4038 SA is a Coles 4038 adaptor for the SMT Bar.
This is a really great piece of kit. It holds a 4038 very well; however, I do feel it is a bit expensive. It was a tough decision to not just go for the 4071, but I do not regret getting a pair of these and do strongly recommend it if you're having to use a traditional style mic clip.
