An evolution of the popular A77X, the ADAM Audio A77H is a true 3-way midfield monitor featuring two 7” woofers with rigid new MLM technology, a powerful midrange driver borrowed from the flagship S Series, and ADAM’s renowned X-ART tweeter. With an extended frequency response, improved output and enhanced midrange over the preceding AX Series, A77H studio monitors makes for an incredible midfield monitoring solution.
A77H speakers are equipped with dual 7” MLM woofers, capable of producing powerful low end down to 41 Hz. A dedicated midrange driver offers impressive clarity in sensitive midrange frequencies, while ADAM’s X-ART tweeter delivers clear, detailed highs up to 41 kHz. The rotatable HPS waveguides make positioning these monitors even more versatile, as does the horizontal design of this speaker. Plus, the new front panel design makes port noise on the new A Series even lower, ensuring that your ears can trust exactly what they’re hearing.
When it comes to amplification, A Series monitors offer the best of both worlds. In the A77H, the woofers are driven by a powerful 250W Class D amplifier, which is extremely efficient and helps reduce distortion. The tweeters and midrange drivers are powered by 20W and 70W Class AB amplifiers, which offer a smooth, natural reproduction of high frequencies.
The new A Series utilizes onboard DSP that works to tailor the A77H’s response to the environment of the listener, and rear panel room adaptation switches allow users to refine their sound more than ever. Four bands of equalization offer more than 100 unique tuning options to help compensate for the typical acoustic problems that arise from speaker placement. And with A Control software, you can even create a custom 6-band EQ setting and calibrate each of your ADAM Audio speakers remotely. Ideal for anyone who is unable to acoustically treat their workspace, the A Series studio monitors offer automated calibration through the A Control software, thanks to a collaboration with industry leader Sonarworks.
